Canadian-listed infrastructure fund Capstone Infrastructure has agreed to sell a 20% stake in Bristol Water to Itochu

Hastings Funds Management and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, with advisory from Morgan Stanley and Royal Bank of Canada, have reached financial close on their A$1.6 billion ($1.6 billion) club financing in support of their A$2.3 billion acquisition of Sydney Water’s Kurnell desalination plant.

The BT Pension Scheme has bought a 13% stake in Kemble, the holding company for Thames Water, from Macquarie
