Your Project will need to be $100 Million+ in funding. Must be SHOVEL READY. Meaning you have control of the land and have all permits in place and and are ready to move dirt. And also be related to one of our Preferred Project Types listed below.

Only premium projects make it through the term sheet, being located in U.S., Canada, UK, and other prime project nations, the project also has long-term purchase/sale agreements.
Projects with greater values of more than $100 Million, including Income Producing U.S. real estate properties e.g., resorts and hotels with recognized operating agreements with international hotel chains.
Our funding model sources of funds in the placement of structured notes (through investment banks) and our flagship lender. The notes must be investment grade, which is determined by the underlying assets, your project and its’ investment grade collaterals.
