We can also fund Foreign Nationals (with US SSN and Credit) and up to 10 properties per borrower.
To get started you will need to fill out an Application (1003) and provide a tri-merge credit report. After review, if we offer a term sheet you will need to pay for an appraisal to complete the process. No other fees are paid until funding.
A CLTV of 80% is allowed on all transactions. For Purchases you will need to have at least 10% of your own money into the transaction. We will allow 10% gift funds and the seller can carry a 10% second.
